Anyone here know what parts will interchange between the ZX-10 and ZX-11?

I just picked up a 90 ZX-10 and i'm hunting some info on what can be done with it. I know there are many parts that will interchange between it and the ZX-11's, i just don't know which parts. Looks like i'm gonna have to pull the head and cyls as the compression on cyl #3 is low. So i figure this would be a good time to do a few upgrades if i can. Will the ZX-11 blocks/pistons interchange? Heads? Cams? Any benifits to one over the other? Anything else?
